Kaybridge was awarded the Bellway Homes mixed use development project providing ninety five residential units across three blocks within close proximity to an existing residential development, Tesco store and high traffic public footpath. Our scope consists of reduce levels, piling, ground beams, foul and surface water drainage, water storage tanks, ground floor slab, roads and footpaths together with three reinforced concrete frames up to 8 storeys.
Careful crane co-ordination was required between Kaybridge and adjacent new build project in order to achieve safe movement of the three tower cranes which were all in close proximity.
