This Essex new town development will potentially provide 2,800 homes together with a range of community facilities.
Kaybridge have carried out various phases of the Countryside/Newhall Land Limited development 2 phases of infrastructure works to date, including the construction of a new adoptable spine road and associated footpaths, s278 works on London Road, the construction of attenuation ponds [/detention basins, deep drainage, and 2 electricity substations to serve the new development. This element of our works also includes the construction of a new haul road, site compound and parking, removal of 800m of asbestos pipe, and substantial earthworks which will form a new amenity area and sports pitches.
Phase 1A comprises 170 residential units and 5 commercial units. Phase 2A comprises 163 residential units. Our works include the construction of the estate roads, footpaths and parking areas, foundations, domestic drainage and services, retaining walls, external works, and the construction of a reinforced concrete frame to podium slab level for Block A1.
