Situated adjacent to and above the Docklands Light Railway (the site is bisected by the DLR box tunnel), this challenging project involved the split level reinforced concrete construction of a mixed use basement of 6000m² below seven-storey frames with a total floor area of 22,000m². In addition, a cantilever bridge serving neighbouring developments was constructed to Highways Authority standards over the DLR tunnel.
