Apsley Quay

This development by Bellway of 170 residential apartments in Hemel Hempstead, overlooking the Grand Union Canal.  Kaybridge are carrying out the groundworks (including piling, foundations, drainage and external works), and the construction of a reinforced concrete podium slab, above parking for 234 vehicles.  The podium serves two principal buildings of 5 storeys.
