Construction of one 5 and two 4 storey blocks, incorporating basement parking, necessitating vibrationless steel sheet piling to the perimeters of the site. Temporary raking shores were installed to facilitate excavations to an 8 metre depth.
Insitu reinforced concrete formed the basement and frame of the buildings.
A central courtyard on the podium deck was waterproofed by post concrete crystallisation and finished with precast paving.
