Kaybridge Construction recognizes its obligations towards the Health, Safety and Welfare of its employees and others who may be affected by its activities.The company is committed to achieving the highest standards of health, safety and welfare and has put in place many initiatives to achieve this. These include:
- Ensuring the company's health and safety policy is supported by an effective management system involving all employees. This means those with health and safety responsibilities know what is expected of them and are implementing the same.
- Reporting of service improvements or incidents through our Quality Systems, ensuring any safety issues are actioned accordingly, establishing responsibility.
- Pre-prepared Tool Box Talks issued on a regular basis highlighting current regulations, issues or safety concerns.
- Poster campaigns highlighting dangers in construction.
Managers are confident in implementing the requirements of CDM and other Health and Safety legal requirements supported by our safety personnel.
We are constantly promoting safety literature to ensure that our personnel are made fully aware of safety issues and methods of Implementation.
